Many other
Roseville residents of Arden Hills #3, as well as many Arden Hills residents, are
concerned, as we hope you will hear.

Briefly summarized (we hope you have received at least one of the e-mails we have
previously sent to the planning commission and city council) our concerns are:

1) A 69-foot lot at set back, no matter the frontage, is completely out of character in a
neighborhood of 100- foot, or larger, lots. This lot would be wedged between a 100-
foot lot and a 131- foot lot at set back, across the street from a 200+ foot lot.

2) Even though this would be considered a new buildable lot in Roseville, any home
built on a considerably narrower lot that any other in the neighborhood, will
undoubtedly be the oddity of the area and completely out of character. This oddity
image will be quite evident, particularly very close to a one-floor 92-foot home and
garage. All homes in this neighborhood are one-floor homes. ..;:6JL ~.
