<br />City Council Regular Meeting - 06/14/04 <br />Minutes - Page 6 <br /> <br />3.f <br /> <br />3.g <br /> <br />3.h <br /> <br />Approve the Naming of Applewood Park and <br />Applewood Overlook <br />Maschka moved, Schroeder seconded, approval of the <br />naming of new park land north of the Applewood Pointe <br />Development "Applewood Park;" and naming the new <br />park area south of the Applewood Pointe Development <br />"Applewood Overlook." <br /> <br />Roll Call <br />Ayes: Schroeder, Maschka, Ihlan, Kough and Klausing. <br />Nays: None. <br /> <br />Approve a Request by Zawadski Homes for a <br />Preliminary Plat for 2900 West Owasso Boulevard to <br />Allow Four (4) Platted Lots to be Combined into Three <br />(3) Legal Conforming Residential Lots (PF 3573) <br />Staff had noted unanimous approval from the Planning <br />Commission; and no opposition voiced at that Public <br />Hearing. <br /> <br />Maschka moved, Schroeder seconded, approved the <br />Preliminary and Final Plat, as requested by Zawadski <br />Homes; combining four (4) previously platted lots into <br />three (3) legal conforming residential lots for the property <br />located at 2900 West Owasso Boulevard, subject to the <br />findings and conditions in Section 6 of the project report <br />dated June 14,2004. <br />Roll Call <br />Ayes: Schroeder, Maschka, Ihlan, Kough and Klausing. <br />Nays: None. <br /> <br />Approve a Request by Akepene Asempa in <br />Cooperation with Jeffrey Kissell for a Conditional Use <br />Permit for a Portion of the Building at 1895 Rice Street <br />to be Used as an Adult Day Care (PF 3570) <br />Staff had noted unanimous approval from the Planning <br />Commission; and no opposition voiced at that Public <br />Hearing. <br /> <br />Maschka moved, Schroeder seconded, adoption of <br />Resolution No.1 0222 entitled, "A Resolution Approving a <br /> <br />Naming of <br />Applewood Park <br />and Applewood <br />Overlook <br /> <br />Zawadski Homes <br />Preliminary Plat <br />2900 W Owasso Bv <br />Four Platted Lots <br />to be Combined <br />into Three Legal <br />Conforming <br />Residential Lots <br />(PF 3573) <br /> <br />Resolution 10222 <br />Akepene Asempa <br />Jeffrey Kissell <br />CUP at 1895 Rice <br />for Adult Day Care <br />(PF 3570) <br />
