The last link should just be noted as a link. It is the full study--and is <br />way too long to include. <br />The charts that are in color are in the executive summary. The one on page 30 is the <br />one for "developed cities" which is us, but each of the four areas have a similar chart. I <br />don't think they need to be copied in color, but that would be up to you.
