<br />~ <br />City Council Minutes <br />City Council Study Session <br />Monday, July 19, 2004 <br /> <br />1. Call Roll and Adopt Agenda 6:00 p.m. <br />Mayor Klausing called the Roseville City Council Study Session <br />to order at 6:00 p.m. in the City Hall Council Chambers on the <br />above date and welcomed everyone. <br /> <br />City Attorney Eric Hedtke was also present. <br /> <br />Roll Call (Voting Order) Roll Call <br />Councilmembers Ihlan, Kough, Maschka, Schroeder and Mayor <br />Klausing. All were present. <br /> <br />Agenda Approval Agenda Approval <br />Mayor Klausing called for any comments or discussion on <br />tonight's Agenda. <br /> <br />Councilmember Schroeder requested that Consent Agenda Item <br />4.c entitled, "Approve a Cost Participation Agreement with <br />Roseville School District 623 for Storm Sewer Improvements in <br />the vicinity of the Harriet Alexander Nature Center and Central <br />Park Elementary School," be removed from the Consent Agenda <br />for discussion. <br /> <br />Mayor Klausing noted that tonight's agenda was very intense, <br />and asked that members of the public and the City Council keep <br />that in mind by making comments in a timely manner. <br /> <br />Mayor Klausing sought Council consensus on accepting public <br />comment at tonight's meeting related to the Twin Lakes <br />redevelopment project, noting that time would be allotted at a <br />future meeting to receive input from citizens. <br /> <br />Councilmember Ihlan opined several people may be in <br />attendance tonight and prepared to provide public comment, <br />having noted the topic on the agenda. <br /> <br />Councilmember Schroeder opined that a time frame for public <br />
