City of <br />Minnesota, USA <br />City Council Minutes <br />City Council Meeting <br />Roseville Skating Center <br />Monday, August 9, 2004 <br />1. Call Roll and Adopt Agenda 6:00 p.m. <br />Mayor Klausing called the regular meeting of the Roseville City <br />Council to order at 6:00 p.m. at the Roseville Skating Center on <br />the above date and welcomed everyone. <br />City Attorney Scott Anderson was also present. <br />Roll Call (Voting Order) Roll Call <br />Councilmembers Ihlan, Kough, Maschka, Schroeder and Mayor <br />Klausing. All were present. <br />Agenda Approval Agenda Approval <br />Mayor Klausing called for any comments or discussion on <br />tonight's Agenda. <br />Councilmember Kough questioned why the voting order was no <br />longer being rotated on a regular basis; and requested that <br />rotation take place. <br />Councilmember Schroeder noted that rotation had previously <br />been done on a monthly basis, but since January of 2004, there <br />had been no voting rotation. <br />Mayor Klausing ruled that staff rotate the voting order as <br />previously done. <br />There were no other changes to the order of the overall agenda as <br />presented. <br />
