Mr. <br />Schroeder asked that, in the future, Councilmembers so <br />designate their personal "Letters to the Editor" with that <br />distinction. <br />Councilmember Kough noted that he had signed his letter, <br />"Roseville City Councilmember," but that editorial staff at <br />the newspaper had edited the title for space considerations, <br />creating the misperception that the letter was indicative of <br />the entire Roseville City Council. <br />2.
