Items Removed from Consent Agenda <br />4.a Approve Check Register (Consent Agenda Item 3.a) <br />Councilmember Kough reiterated his concerns as expressed <br />at previous meetings regarding those expenditures <br />unfamiliar to him that were listed on each month's check <br />register (i.e., Tax Increment Financing Districts, training, <br />golf course, and Kinko's printing expenses) and how <br />expenditures corresponded with revenues as budgeted. <br />Councilmember Kough requested that, on a future Council <br />agenda, a discussion be held on employee use of the City's <br />credit card and what security measures were being <br />administered regarding their use. <br />Mayor Klausing so directed that a future Worksession <br />agenda item include discussion of employee use of city <br />credit cards as part of a broader discussion. <br />Resolution 10236 <br />Receiving <br />Assessment Roles, <br />Setting 09/13/04 as <br />Hearing for <br />Assessment <br />Itea~ns Removed <br />from Consent <br />Agenda <br />Check Register <br />
