I read the Internet PDF file of the Twin Lakes <br />master plan. She's right that Costco - a big box retailer -doesn't fit your plan. <br />I also agree that Roseville's kicking in $47 million to support a developer is a little <br />bit high. That spot is really sweet and the developer shouldn't be asking for that <br />amount of help. <br />I think that Roseville's on the hook for the Brownfield cleanup but the cost to <br />do residential Brownfield cleanup is going to be too high. <br />Please call the developer's bluff and make them up the anti. If we lose Costco, <br />oh well.
