City Council Regular Meeting - 08/09/04 <br />Minutes -Page 7 <br />2004, as presented on the Request for Council Action dated <br />August 9, 2004. <br />Roll Call <br />Ayes: Ihlan, Maschka, Schroeder and Klausing. <br />Nays: None. <br />Abstentions: Kough <br />4.d Approve McCarron's Neighborhood Master Plan as an McCarron's <br />Addition to the City's Comprehensive Plan (Consent Neighborhood <br />Agenda Item 3.f7 Master Plan <br />Councilmember Ihlan expressed appreciation to the City Addition to the <br />Council in allowing another week for her review of this City's <br />item. Comprehensive <br />Plan <br />Councilmember Ihlan had several areas related to <br />background, historical, and process for staff clarification in <br />addition to their written report. <br />Community Development Director Dennis Welsch <br />responded to Councilmember Ihlan's questions related to <br />Master Plan use; coordination of HRA and City Council; <br />and origins of the Roseville Senior Housing Linkage <br />Program. <br />[3.1 ] Maschka moved, Ihlan seconded, approval of the <br />McCarron's Neighborhood Master Plan amendment to the <br />City's Comprehensive Plan, as consistent with the goals <br />and policies of the Plan, Plan Area attached. <br />City Attorney Anderson confirmed that asuper-majority <br />(4/5 vote) was required on this land use item. <br />Roll Call <br />Ayes: Ihlan, Kough, Maschka, Schroeder and Klausing. <br />Nays: None. <br />5.
