<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE <br />CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of <br />Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota, was held on the 30th day of January, 2006 at 6:00 p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Klausing, Pust, Ihlan, and Maschka <br />and the following were absent: Kough <br /> <br />Council Member Pust introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 10374 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING A REQUEST BY BONTEN, INC., 2361 & 2335 <br />HIGHWAY 36 and OWNERS OF PROPERTY ADDRESSED AT 2357, 2363 AND 2369 <br />FULHAM STREET, FOR A VARIANCE TO SECTION 1005.01 (MINIMAL <br />DIMENSIONAL REQUIREMENTS - BUSINESS DISTRICTS) and 1007.01 (MINIMAL <br />DIMENSIONAL REQUIREMENTS - INDUSTRIAL DISTRICTS) OF THE <br />ROSEVILLE CITY CODE (PF3703) <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Bonten, Inc. requested approval of a 10 foot side yard setback <br />VARIANCE to Section 1005.01 and a 10 foot side yard setback VARIANCE to Section <br />1007.01 of the Roseville City Code to create a zero lot line situation between Lot 1 and Lot 2 and <br />between Lot 2 and Lot 3, whereby a property line crosses through a portion of a structure. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Bonten, Inc. is located at 2361 & 2335 Highway 36 and owns the property <br />addressed at 2357,2363 and 2369 Fulham Street, legally described as: <br /> <br />Lot 1, 2, and 3, Block 1 Bonten First Addition <br />PIN: 08-29-23-31-0002,0003,0004,0005,0006,0007 & 0013 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Bonten, Inc property addressed at 2335 Highway 36 and 2357,2363 and <br />2369 Fulham Street has a zoning of B-4, Retail Office Service District and the property <br />addressed at 2361 Highway 36 has a zoning of 1-1, Light Industrial; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Section 1005.01 (Minimal Dimensional Requirements - Business Districts) <br />of the Roseville City Code requires a structure to be set back a minimum of 10 feet from a side <br />property line; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Section 1007.01 (Minimal Dimensional Requirements - Industrial <br />Districts) of the Roseville City Code requires a structure to be set back a minimum of 10 feet <br />from a side yard property line; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Bonten, Inc. desires to construct a four story office building that links the <br />two existing office structures creating a continuous and unified campus; and <br /> <br />1 <br />
