Call Roll and Adopt Agenda Call Roll and <br />Mayor Klausing called the regular meeting of the Roseville City Adopt Agenda <br />Council to order at 6:00 p.m. in the City Hall Council Chambers 6:00 p.m. <br />on the above date and welcon1ed everyone. <br /> <br />City Attorney Eric Hedtke was also present. <br /> <br />Roll Call (Voting Order) Roll Call <br />Councilmembers Ihlan, Schroeder, Maschka, Kough and Mayor <br />Klausing. All were present. <br /> <br />Agenda Approval Agenda Approval <br />Mayor Klausing called for any comments or discussion on <br />tonight's Agenda. <br /> <br />Mayor Klausing noted that he and City Manager Beets had <br />revised the Work Session agenda following discussion by <br />Councihnembers as to their preferences at the last regular <br />meeting. Mayor Klausing noted that it had not been clear from <br />recorded discussions whether Council consensus was to <br />continue with "Approval of Minutes" on Work Session Agendas, <br />or only at regular business meetings. Mayor Klausing suggested <br />that further discussion be held at a future Work Session, when <br />the general discussion was held on general Council housekeeping <br />processes and Rules of Procedure. <br /> <br />Councilmen1ber Kough requested that an additional agenda item <br />be included related to discussion of boulevard mowing and <br />obligations to private parties who were participating in that right- <br />of-way maintenance. <br /> <br />Mayor Klausing added this discussion as Item 8.5 on tonight's <br />
