It has taken years to get to this point, and it would be <br />disasterous to cut this budget item. The city budget is only 13 to 16 percent of our total <br />tax bill, and I sometimes feel the impact of some of the budget cuts are miniscule. Keep <br />the city amenities, which make this city special. <br /> <br />1 <br />
