Mr. Welsch
provided a brief history of the property and code violations at
3099 Evelyn Street, noting it had been an ongoing case since
1999, consun1ing considerable staff time. Mr. Welsch noted that
the property was cun4ently being offered for sale, and staff was
requesting this action to ensure that all parties involved, as well
as potential buyers, were aware of the outstanding code
violation.

Maschka n10ved, Klausing seconded, directing the staff to work
with the City Prosecuting Attorney to pursue a Ramsey County
citation to cite the owner of property at 3099 Evelyn Street for
violation of the City Code.

City Manager Beets noted that the Coldwell Banker
Realtor/Broker for the property had been in attendance at
tonight's lneeting earlier, but prior to leaving the meeting, due to
the lateness of the hour, had requested to be heard by the City's
Prosecutor. Counciln1ember concurred with this request, and so
directed City Manager Beets to comply with the request.

Referral of Public
Nuisance Code
Violation
3099 Evelyn Street
to City Prosecutor
to Issue a Ramsey
County Court
Complaint
