Call Roll and Adopt Agenda 6:00 p.m. <br />Mayor Klausing called the regular meeting of the Roseville City <br />Council to order at 6:00 p.m. in the City Hall Council Chambers <br />on the above date and welcomed everyone. <br /> <br />City Attorney Scott Anderson was also present. <br /> <br />Roll Call (Voting Order) Roll Call <br />Councilmen1bers Maschka, Ihlan, Kough, Schroeder and Mayor <br />Klausing. All were present. <br /> <br />Agenda Approval Agenda Approval <br />Mayor Klausing called for any comments or discussion on Added #9.5 <br />tonight's Agenda. <br /> <br />Councilmember Ihlan requested the addition of an agenda item <br />to discuss the Twin Lakes Redevelopment Project Public <br />Hearing notice process and clarification as to whether an <br />amendment to the Comprehensive Plan was required. <br /> <br />Mayor Klausing added this item as number 9.5, immediately <br />preceding the Twin Lakes Redevelopment discussion identified <br />as agenda item number I O. <br /> <br />Counciln1ember Kough sought assurance that time would allow <br />for discussion of agenda itelTI number 11 entitled, "City Attorney <br />Opinion on Various Purchasing Practices." <br /> <br />City Planner Thon1as Paschke brought the attention of Mayor <br />Klausing, Councilmembers and the public to notice that was <br />inadvertently sent regarding hearing of a Minor Subdivision at <br />2291 County Road B. Mr. Paschke advised that this was not sent <br />
