From:
")ent:
(0:
Subject:

Norman Peterson [
Monday, September 27, 2004 1 :39 PM
R(!fseville City Council
Rottlund Contract Continual?Twin Lakes

From everything I heard and read it appears that the City Council is set to approve the
contract with the Rottlund Company to continue work into the next development phase of the
Twin Lakes Area at's Council meeting.

Some would say that this item appears to be on a fast track for approval. don't
know if this is true or not, but what I have observed is that some Roseville citizens have
raised serious questions and concerns mostly about the financial aspects of the
development. It is not clear to me that an adequate job of answering these questions and
allaying these concerns has been done by the Council.

On that basis, I would urge the Council to consider delaying action on
additional time for discussion of the issues and to provide answers to
concerns that have been raised.

to allovJ
and

Thank you,

Norman Peterson
~ Farrington st.

1
