<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING <br />OF CITY COUNCIL <br />OF CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br />RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Roseville, <br />Minnesota, was held in the City Hall in said City on Monday, January 30, 2006 at 6:00 o'clock p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Pust, Maschka, Ihlan, and Klausing and the following were <br />absent: Kough. <br /> <br />Mayor Maschka introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 10372 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ORDERING THE RECONSTRUCTION OF <br />ROSELA WN AVENUE <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council of Roseville received the Feasibility report on December 5,2005 and <br />ordered a public hearing for the reconstruction of Roselawn A venue between Snelling Avenue and <br />Hamline Avenue, and; <br /> <br />WHEREAS, ten days mailed notice and two weeks published notice was given; <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota, that in <br />accordance with the provisions of Minnesota Statutes, Chapter 429, as amended, the Council held a <br />public hearing on January 30, 2006, to consider the proposed reconstruction of Roselawn Avenue, <br />consisting of the installation of bituminous paving, concrete curb and gutter, sanitary sewer service <br />repair, drainage facilities, and necessary appurtenances on all that property abutting Roselawn <br />A venue- between Snelling Avenue and Hamline Avenue; <br /> <br />as described in the Notice of Hearings at a cost presently estimated at $1,131,996.54 and <br />substantially in accordance with the preliminary report as to the feasibility thereof which is now on <br />file in the office of the City Manager; at which all persons desiring to be heard were given an <br />opportunity to be heard thereon, and having considered the views of all interested persons, the <br />Council does hereby determine and order that said improvement shall be constructed and financed <br />and that all streets be constructed substantially as recommended in the feasibility report. The City <br />Engineer for the project is directed to prepare and submit to the Council the final plans and <br />specifications for the improvement. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Ihlan and upon vote <br />being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Pust, Maschka, Ihlan, and Klausing and <br />the following voted against the same: none. <br />
