EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF CITY COUNCIL OF CITY OF ROSEVILLE RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota, was held in the City Hall in said City on Monday, January 30, 2006 at 6:00 o'clock p.m. The following members were present: Pust, Maschka, Ihlan, and Klausing and the following were absent: Kough. Mayor Maschka introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 10372 RESOLUTION ORDERING THE RECONSTRUCTION OF ROSELA WN AVENUE WHEREAS, the City Council of Roseville received the Feasibility report on December 5,2005 and ordered a public hearing for the reconstruction of Roselawn A venue between Snelling Avenue and Hamline Avenue, and; WHEREAS, ten days mailed notice and two weeks published notice was given; NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota, that in accordance with the provisions of Minnesota Statutes, Chapter 429, as amended, the Council held a public hearing on January 30, 2006, to consider the proposed reconstruction of Roselawn Avenue, consisting of the installation of bituminous paving, concrete curb and gutter, sanitary sewer service repair, drainage facilities, and necessary appurtenances on all that property abutting Roselawn A venue- between Snelling Avenue and Hamline Avenue; as described in the Notice of Hearings at a cost presently estimated at $1,131,996.54 and substantially in accordance with the preliminary report as to the feasibility thereof which is now on file in the office of the City Manager; at which all persons desiring to be heard were given an opportunity to be heard thereon, and having considered the views of all interested persons, the Council does hereby determine and order that said improvement shall be constructed and financed and that all streets be constructed substantially as recommended in the feasibility report. The City Engineer for the project is directed to prepare and submit to the Council the final plans and specifications for the improvement. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Ihlan and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Pust, Maschka, Ihlan, and Klausing and the following voted against the same: none.
