<br />City Council Regular Meeting - 10/25/04 <br />Minutes - Page 13 <br /> <br />Ms. Fink introduced the team members including, Lucy <br />Ennis, Jenna Lensing, Katie Lundstrom, Kasey Halvorson <br />and Anna Gleason. Ms. Fink noted that Lucy Ennis had <br />won National Championship honors on the vault as well as <br />the All-around Champion. <br /> <br />Mayor Klausing, on behalf of the City Council and <br />community, thanked the team corporately and individually <br />for their preparation work, and for a "job well-done." <br />Councilmembers recognized the team individually. <br /> <br />Councilmember Kough suggested that Ms. Fink advise <br />staff of any local meets or competitions that could be <br />advertised and attended by citizens to provide community <br />support to the team. <br /> <br />Council Dais Mural <br />As requested by Mayor Klausing, City Manager Beets advised <br />that the mural was from the 2004 State Fair, would be on display <br />at Roseville through the election season, and represented State <br />Fair participant indications of their political preferences. <br /> <br />9. <br /> <br />Consider the Request by Rottlund Companies for an <br />Amendment to the Twin Lakes Master Site Plan, <br />Preliminary Plat, Rezoning and General Concept <br />Planned Unit Development (PUD) Plan for the <br />Redevelopment of a Portion (Phase 1) of the Twin <br />Lakes Business Park (PF 3595) <br />Consideration of these items related to the redevelopment <br />of the Twin Lakes area was postponed pending a petition <br />filed with the Environmental Quality Board (EQB). Refer <br />to the following discussion for further explanation. <br /> <br />Twin Lakes Redevelopment Project/Pending Actions <br />Mayor Klausing advised that the City had been informed by the <br />Environmental Quality Board (EQB) that they had received a <br />petition on Friday, October 22, 2004, related to the Twin Lakes <br />Redevelopment Project, and questioning whether an <br />Environmental Assessment Worksheet (EA W) or an <br />Environmental Impact Statement (EIS) was required; and <br />bringing into question whether the City's existing Alternative <br /> <br />Rottlund <br />Companies <br />Redevelopment of a <br />Portion (Phase 1) <br />Twin Lakes <br />Business Park <br />(PF 3595) <br /> <br />Twin Lakes <br />Redevelopment <br />Pending Actions <br />
