At its meeting on <br />November 8, the Council adopted a procedure to consider the validity of <br />the Citizen's Petition you filed on or about October 22. A copy of our <br />November 3 letter to the Council is attached. The Council adopted the <br />recommended procedure as identified in our letter. Please not the <br />deadlines for submission of written materials. <br /> <br />Also enclosed is a copy of a November 8, letter to the Project Proposer. <br />WE have carefully reviewed your Petition and accompanying materials, <br />and, as you see, we have identified the particular allegations you have <br />made that challenge the continuing validity of the 21001 Twin Lakes <br />AUAR. If vou have additional alleaations. or we have not correctlv <br />characterized vour alleaations. please notifv use immediatelv in writina. <br />and in no event later than November 11.
