Staff would also present pertinent <br />information to the Council." <br /> <br />Procedural Item 5: <br />"Between [November 29] }r0""/em~er 22 and <br />December 6, staff and our office would review and <br />analyze the data generated by the process, and <br />prepare proposed findings base on the analysis." <br /> <br />Mayor Klausing expressed concern regarding two <br />additional days and proposed an amendment to the <br />motion: <br /> <br />Klausing moved, Maschka seconded, amendment to <br />the original motion, adopting the procedure for the <br />Twin Lakes Development/Citizen Environmental <br />Review Petition, as prescribed and outlined by the City <br />Attorney in his letter dated November 3, 2004, as <br />modified: <br />Procedural Item 3: <br />"Allow petitioners and the project proposer to <br />submit written materials in direct reply to the other <br />party's written materials by 12:00 Noon on <br />November # [18]." <br />Procedural Item 4: <br />"Hold a hearing on November 22 (as originally <br />proposed), allowing the petitioners and the project <br />proposer one hour each to summarize their <br />positions. Since the petitioners carry the burden in <br />this case, they would present first. The Project <br />Proposer would present second. Staff would also <br />present pertinent information to the Council." <br /> <br />Procedural Item 5: <br />"Between November 22 and December 6, staff and our <br />office would review and analyze the data generated by the <br />process, and prepare proposed findings base on the <br />analysis."
