PUBLIC NOTICE <br /> AND OPPORTUNITY <br /> FOR COMMENT <br /> The City of Roseville proposes to <br /> construct Twin Lakes Parkway <br /> between Prior Avenue and Fairview <br /> Avenue, and intersection <br /> improvements, including a traffic <br /> signal at the intersection of Twin <br /> Lakes Parkway/Terrace Drive and <br /> Fairview Avenue North. <br /> In accordance with Section 6009 of <br /> the Safe, Accountable, Flexible, <br /> Efficient Transportation Equity Act:A <br /> Legacy for Users (SAFETEA-LU) <br /> Public Law 109-59, enacted August <br /> 10, 2005, the City of Roseville is <br /> soliciting comments on the effects <br /> this project would have on Langton <br /> Lake Park. The project will impact <br /> two parcels:2,556 square feet of the <br /> park(total park size 67.3 acres)and <br /> 0.9 acres of the Arthur Street Pond <br /> parcel (total size 2.05 acres) which <br /> contains a stormwater pond. The <br /> stormwater pond impact will be <br /> mitigated by.expanding the pond on <br /> an adjacent parcel owned.by fh®City <br /> that is not a'parR:"' <br /> It is anticipated that the City of <br /> Roseville will request the Federal <br /> Highway Administration (FHWA) to <br /> determine that the proposed action <br /> at Langton Lake Park is a Section <br /> 4(f)de minimis action in accordance <br /> with Section 6009(a) of SAFETEA- <br /> LU.
