(replacing existing in accordance with PMP) Streets AAA Striping 11,769.38 d. Award Contract for Engineering Services for an update to the City's Com- prehensive Surface Water Management Plan Pust moved, Roe seconded, approval of an engineering services contract to S. E. H., Inc. in an amount not to exceed $72,950 for engineering services for the Com- prehensive Surface Water Manager Plan Update. City Manager Malinen noted that the budgeted amount for the update was $100,000; and that the contract included the base bid, as well as additional com- ponents for three (3) public meetings and three (3) technical advisory meetings during the course of plan development ($2,000 additional cost); and assistance with developing a web presence on the City's website regarding protecting water resources ($1,000 additional cost).
