As part of the campaign, the group is
encouraging Roseville citizens to display a "Save Roseville" lawn sign. The sign is available
from the groupts web site for ~a free will donation of$3.00." The sign is 12 inches high by 18
inches wide, comes with a metal display stand, and is printed with the words ''www.Save
Roseville.com." Questions have been raised about the breadth and extent of the City's
authority to regulate these signs.

ISSUES

1. Do the signs violate the Roseville City Code as currently enacted?
