Approving Expenditure of Grant Funds - Twin Lakes <br />Market Feasibility Consultant <br />Kysylyczyn moved, Schroeder seconded authorizing the <br />Mayor and City Manager to execute a contract between the <br />City of Roseville and Maxfield Research, Inc., in an amount <br />not to exceed $18,000 funded in it's entirety by <br />Metropolitan Council grant funds, to complete a market <br />feasibility study based on the approved Twin Lakes Master <br />Plan and proposal provided by Roseville Properties. <br /> <br />Roll Call <br />Ayes: Maschka, Kough, Schroeder, Klausing and <br />Kysylyczyn. <br />Nays: None. <br /> <br />Twin Lakes - <br />Expenditure of <br />Grant Funds for <br />Market <br />Feasibility <br />Consultant <br /> <br />B. Acknowledging Receipt of Fourth Quarter and Year- <br />End Council Travel Figures <br />Kysylyczyn moved, Schroeder seconded acknowledgement <br />of the Fourth Quarter and 2002 Report on Out-of-State <br />Travel for City Councilmembers, with the attendance at the <br />National League of Cities Conference in Salt Lake City by <br />Councilmember Dean Maschka as the only expense in 2002, <br />in a total amount of $981.71 for the conference, airfare, <br />lodging and meals. <br /> <br />Fourth Quarter <br />and Year-End <br />Council Travel <br />Figures <br />Acknowledgement <br />
