Approving Juvenile Accountability Incentive Block <br />Grant (JAIBG) Mentoring Program <br />Klausing moved, Kysylyczyn seconded authorization for <br />the City Manager and Chief of Police to accept the grant <br />application entitled, "Juvenile Accountability Incentive <br />Block Grant (JAIBG)." <br /> <br />Roll Call <br />Ayes: Maschka, Kough, Schroeder, Klausing and <br />Kysylyczyn. <br />Nays: None. <br /> <br />C.
