<br />Regular City Council Minutes - 1/27/03 <br />Page 6 <br /> <br />City Attorney Anderson further stated that an opinion may <br />be department-specific; and advised that his office is <br />currently trying to determine past practice in Roseville, as <br />sometimes past practice is used in interpreting its own <br />code and is quite often very relevant in municipal issues. <br /> <br />Mayor Kysylyczyn advised that while the inforn1ation <br />provided has assisted in identifying issues, more research <br />needed to be done. <br /> <br />City Attorney Scott advised Councilmembers that his <br />office was attempting to anticipate the Council's needs <br />and questions. <br /> <br />Mayor Kysylyczyn directed Councilmembers to contact <br />City Attorney Scott directly with additional questions or <br />COlnments. <br /> <br />Ftecess Ftecess <br />Mayor Kysylyczyn recessed the meeting at 7:35 p.m. and <br />reconvened the meeting at 7 :44 p.m. <br /> <br />IV. <br /> <br />Communication <br /> <br />A. Ftoseville Home and Garden Show <br />Community Development Director Dennis Welsch <br />provided an overview of the anticipated Seventh Annual <br />City of Roseville Home and Garden Fair scheduled for <br />February 1, 2003 at the Fairview Community Center <br />Gymnasiun1 from 10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. <br /> <br />Mr. Welsch encouraged attendance by the City's Housing <br />and Redevelopment Authority, Planning Commission <br />members and other city advisory commissions, along with <br />residents. Mr. Welsch briefly reviewed and expressed <br />appreciation to the individual and corporate sponsors of <br />the event and the staff and volunteer committee charged <br />with planning the annual event. <br /> <br />7:00 p.m. <br />Communication <br /> <br />Ftoseville Home and <br />Garden Show <br />
