<br />Regular City Council Minutes - 2/3/03 <br />Page 10 <br /> <br />General for COll1ll1ent. <br /> <br />Discussion ensued regarding Mayor Kysylyczyn's intent <br />in requesting this opinion in seeking an update from the <br />1962 Attorney General opinion for future reference. <br /> <br />City Attorney Squires stated that, if the motion had the <br />support of the majority of the Council, he would draft the <br />question and return to the Council for their approval of the <br />framing of the question and further specific direction prior <br />to submitting the request to the Attorney General.
