Clean-Up Day Clean-Up Day <br />Communications Specialist Tim Pratt reviewed with <br />Councilmembers plans for the City's Clean-up Day <br />scheduled on April 26, 2002. Mr. Pratt advised that <br />Requests for Proposals (RFP's) had been solicited under <br />the direction of the Public Works and Transportation <br />Commission, with receipt of three (3) proposals. Mr. Pratt <br />presented the cost breakdown received by the three <br />companies, with staff recommending the overall low bid <br />of Lightning Disposal. <br />
