EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE * * * '" * * * * * * * * * Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota, was duly calIed held at the City HaII on Monday, the 28th day of July, 1997 at 6:30 P.M. The folIowing members were present: Mastel, Maschka (arrived late), Wiski, Wall and the following were absent: Goedeke Member Mastel introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 9430 RESOLUTION EXTENDING THE REVIEW PERIOD FOR STUART SELLARS AND CAROLE WEDEL SELLARS REQUEST FOR A VARIANCE A T 1199 JOSEPHINE ROAD WHEREAS, Stuart Sellars and Carole Wedel Sellars have requested a variance from Section 1016. 16A, City Code, to reduce the setback from the ordinary high water level of Lake Josephine for the purpose of constructing an addition to a single family dwelling at 1199 Josephine Road (PF2925); and WHEREAS, the Roseville Planning Commission conducted a public hearing on this request on July 9, 1997; and WHEREAS, the Roseville Planning Commission tabled action on the request, at the request of the applicants, in order to allow additional time to develop a plan that was acceptable; and WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has continued the public hearing until August 13, 1997, to allow the applicant an opportunity to work with City staff on the proposal. NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council (the "Council") of the City of Roseville, Minnesota (the "City"), Ramsey County, Minnesota, that pursuant to Minnesota Statutes 15.99, the time line for agency review of the application of Stuart Sellars and Carole Wedel Sellars request for a variance from Section 1 016.16A, City Code, to reduce the setback from the ordinary high water level of Lake Josephine for the purpose of constructing an addition to a single family dwelling at 1199 Josephine Road, be extended for 60 days, from August 18. 1997 to October 17. 1997.
