Approval of Minutes <br /> <br />A. Approval of Minutes of February 24, 2003 <br />Klausing moved, Maschka seconded approval of the <br />February 24, 2003 regular Council meeting minutes as <br />presented. <br /> <br />Ayes: <br />Nays: <br /> <br />Roll Call <br />Schroeder, Klausing, Maschka and Kysylyczyn. <br />None. <br /> <br />XIII. Other Business <br /> <br />A. City Facility Use Policy <br />Mayor Kysylyczyn referenced several legal opInIons <br />provided by City Attorney Anderson as bench handouts. <br /> <br />Kysylyczyn moved, Schroeder seconded a motion in <br />concurrence with the legal opinion regarding facility use; <br />to add language into the current facility use policy <br />regarding provision of a State Certificate by 501 C <br />corporations using facilities. Mayor Kysylyczyn advised <br />that Parks and Recreation Director Brokke supported <br />including of this language in the policy. <br /> <br />Councilmember Klausing expressed his objection to the <br />requested action at this time, without public notice as a <br />regular agenda item; suggesting that the item be included <br />on the next regular agenda, as there appeared to be no <br />timing hardship in delaying action. <br /> <br />Mayor Kysylyczyn called the motion. <br /> <br />Approval of <br />Minutes <br /> <br />Other Business <br />
