<br /> <br />DRAFT <br />ORDINANCE #_ <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING TITLE 10 OF THE CITY CODE, <br />CHANGING THE ZONING MAP DESIGNATION OF CERTAIN REAL <br />PROPPERTY at 2797 - 2833 and 2845 HAMLINE AVENUE <br />FROM SC, SHOPPING CENTER DISTRICT PLANNED UNIT <br />WITH UNDERLYING ZONING OF B-1, <br />BUSINESS DISTRICT & R-7, <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />The City Council of the City of Roseville does ordain: <br /> <br />Section 1. Real Property Rezoned. Pursuant to Section 1015 (Zoning <br />Amendments) and Section 1008 (Planned Unit Developments) of the City Zoning Code <br />of the City of Roseville, and after the City Council consideration on PF 3421, the <br />following property, generally located at 2797 - 2833 and 2845 Hamline Avenue <br />(Hamline Shopping Center and Hanlline Professional Building), City of Roseville, is <br />hereby rezoned from SC, Shopping Center District PUD, Planned Unit Development with <br />underlying zoning of B-1, Limited Business District and R - 7 ApartInent District, as <br />follows. <br /> <br />The property at 2797 - 2933 RamUne Avenue being legally described as: Lot 1, <br />Block 1 and Outlot, Senior Housing Partners, RalllSey County, Minnesota is <br />hereby zoned fronl SC, Shopping Center District to PUD, Planned Unit <br />Developl1lent with an underlying zoning of R-7, Apartment District; and <br /> <br />The property at 2845 RamUne Avenuebeing legally described as: Lot 2, Block 1, <br />Senior Housing Partners, Ramsey County, Minnesota is hereby zoned from SC, <br />SC, Shopping Center District to PUD, Planned Unit Develop,nent with an <br />underlying zoning of B-1, Lbnited Business District <br /> <br />Section 2.
