<br />~ <br />City Council Minutes <br />Regular Council Meeting <br />Monday, April 14, 2003 <br /> <br />Mayor Kysylyczyn and Councilmembers Klausing, Maschka, 6:06 p.m. <br />Schroeder and Kough met in the City Council Chambers on the above Roll Call <br />date. <br /> <br />Roll Call: (Voting Order): Klausing, Maschka, Schroeder, Kough and <br />Kysylyczyn. <br />Call to Order Call to Order <br />Mayor Kysylyczyn called the regular meeting to order at 6:06 <br />p.m. and welcomed everyone to the Roseville City Council <br />meeting. <br /> <br />I. <br /> <br />Public Comment <br />Mayor Kysylyczyn called for public comment by members of <br />the audience. <br /> <br />A. Richard VerHagen, 176 Owasso Boulevard South <br />Dr. VerHagen spoke about the Roseville Concerned <br />Citizens for Fair and Open Government as a mob and <br />goon squad that engages in name-calling and denigrating <br />behavior. <br /> <br />B. Joseph Machyowsky, 2690 North Oxford <br />Mr. Machyowsky applauded Dr. VerHagen for his courage <br />and insight into what is actually happening in Roseville <br />City government. <br /> <br />II. Review Agenda <br />Mayor Kysylyczyn called for any comments or discussion on <br />the Consent Agenda. There were no comments. <br /> <br />III. Presentations <br /> <br />A.
