<br />Regular City Council Minutes - 4/14/03 <br />Page 6 <br /> <br />the waiver, following City Attorney review. <br /> <br />Roll Call <br />Ayes: Klausing, Maschka, Schroeder, Kough, and <br />Kysylyczyn. <br />Nays: None. <br /> <br />Mayor Kysylyczyn reviewed other Pioneer Press articles <br />dated April 9, 2003 regarding city-wide utility work along <br />County Road C; and the municipal Primary election, <br />opining that the statistical information he had presented <br />had not been incorporated into the article. <br /> <br />Mayor Kysylyczyn quoted a recent article by a 16-year old <br />White Bear Lake High School student and commended <br />him for his comments regarding how adult behavior and/or <br />actions reflected on community youth. <br /> <br />League of Women Voters Manual <br />Mayor Kysylyczyn recognized the recently completed <br />2003 Citizen Lobbyist Manual as prepared by the League <br />of Women Voters; advising that it was available for order <br />on line at www.lwvrnn.org or by calling 651-224-5445. <br /> <br />V.
