The purpose of the <br />Center is to engage citizen-based leadership and to enhance the effectiveness of nonprofit <br />and public sector organizations as they work to impact the lives of the people and <br />communities that they serve. It has offices in Minnesota and Kenya. <br /> <br />Partners provide consulting and training services, policy analysis and development, <br />program evaluation and design, facilitation and mediation for both large and small groups, <br />and leadership and learning processes. Clients include national organizations, school <br />boards, government elected officials and managers, and nonprofit organizations. Focus <br />areas are board and leadership development, community outcomes and performance <br />indicators, cultural equity and respectful workplaces, restorative justice, strategic planning, <br />organization and program evaluation, policy analysis, and large group / citizen facilitation. <br /> <br />Hamline University (1997-2002) <br />Adjunct instructor in the Masters Degree Program in Public Administration and Nonprofit <br />Management. Courses include Certificate Program in Outcomes and Performance <br />Measurement, Governance and Planning for Nonprofit Organizations, and Research and <br />Program Evaluation for Managers. <br /> <br />College of St. Catherine (1999-2002) <br />Part time instructor in leadership development and continuing education program.
