<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE <br />CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of <br />Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota, was held on the 2ih day of February, 2006, at 6:00 <br />p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Pust, Kough, Maschka, Ihlan and Klausing <br /> <br />Council Member Kough introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 10377 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT FOR ROSE HILL <br />ALLIANCE CHURCH 2105 ROSELAWN AVENUE, IN ACCORDANCE WITH <br />SECTION 1013 OF THE ROSEVILLE CITY CODE ALLOWING TWO ADDITIONS <br />TOTALING 4,012 SQ. FT ON TO THE EXISTING STRUCTURE (PF3705) <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Rose Hill Alliance Church has requested a CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT <br />in accordance with Section 1013 of the Roseville City Code to allow the construction two <br />additions totaling 4,012 sq. ft. on to the existing church & school; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the property (2105 Roselawn Avenue) is legally described as: <br /> <br />The South ~ of Lot 15, Boardman's Five Acre Lots <br />PIN 17-29-23-14-0083 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Section 1004.015 requires churches within Roseville to receive a <br />Conditional Use Permit consistent with Section 1013 of the Roseville City Code; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the proposal by Rose Hill Alliance Church seeks to construct a much needed <br />handicapped accessible entry, added classrooms, library and office spaces for it school, and <br />ancillary improvements to the site, all meeting the requirement of Section 1004 (pertaining to <br />churches); and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission held a public hearing on February 1,2006 <br />concluding that the proposed improvements sought by Rose Hill Alliance Church are consistent <br />with the criteria of Section 1013 of the Roseville City Code; <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission voted (6-0) to recommend approval of the <br />request, subject to 9 conditions. <br /> <br />1 <br />
