<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING <br />OF CITY COUNCIL <br />OF CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br />RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Roseville, <br />Minnesota, was held in the City Hall in said City on Monday, Monday, the 27th day of February, 2006 <br />at 6:00 p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Kough, Pust, Ihlan, Mashka, and Klausing and the following <br />were absent: none <br /> <br />Councilmember Kough introduced and moved the adoption of the following resolution: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION 10378 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION SUPPORTING MINNESOTA DNR <br />2006 LOCAL TRAIL CONNECTIONS GRANT APPLICATION <br /> <br />WHEREAS the City of Falcon Heights is submitting the Roselawn Avenue trail to the Minnesota <br />DNR for their 2006 Local Trail Connections grant program <br /> <br />AND WHEREAS this trail along Roselawn Avenue is being constructed as a part of City Project <br />No. 06-02 Roselawn Avenue Reconstruction; <br /> <br />AND WHEREAS this proposed trail will benefit both Roseville and Falcon Heights residents; <br /> <br />THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota, hereby <br />supports the proposed Minnesota DNR 2006 Local Trail Connections grant application for the <br />Roselawn A venue pathway. <br /> <br />The motion for adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember Pust and <br />upon a vote being taken the following voted in favor thereof: Kough, Pust, Ihlan, Mashka, and <br />Klausing and the following voted against the same: none. <br /> <br />WHEREUPON, the said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
