<br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, by the Roseville City Council, to grant <br />a CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT to Big City Ventures, Inc. and Oops Theater to allow "live <br />entertainment" (dinner theater) in the lower lever Twin Cities Room of Big City Tavern 2810 <br />Snelling Avenue, based on the findings of Section 5 of the project report dated February 27,2006 <br />and subject to the following conditions: <br /> <br />1. The owner (Big City Ventures LLC) must enter into a "Proof of Parking <br />Agreement" with the Community Development Department per Section 1018.12 <br />or the Roseville City Code. <br /> <br />2. The theater must store all props and displays within the building or within a <br />screened enclosure on the premises approved by the Community Development <br />Department. <br /> <br />3. The theater signage will be considered separate and must meet the requirements of <br />Section 1009 of the Roseville City Code. <br /> <br />4. All performances of the theater must occur indoors. <br /> <br />5. The CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT shall expire within six months after the <br />approval date (August 27,2006) unless that applicant has been granted a building <br />permit. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Council <br />Member Ihlan and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor: Kough, Pust, <br />Ihlan, Maschka and Klausing <br /> <br />and the following voted against: None <br /> <br />WHEREUPON said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br /> <br />2 <br />
