<br />Regular City Council Minutes - 4/28/03 <br />Page 13 <br /> <br />Capital Regions Watershed. <br /> <br />Roll Call <br />Ayes: Klausing, Maschka, Schroeder, Kough and <br />Kysylyczyn. <br />Nays: None. <br /> <br />(10.3) Schroeder moved, Kough seconded, approval <br />of the General Concept Planned unit Development <br />(PUD) plan for a three (3) story, 50-unit senior <br />housing complex with underground and surface <br />parking, and associated site improvements; subject to <br />the conditions listed in Section 8 of the project report <br />dated April 28, 2003. <br /> <br />Mayor Kysylyczyn requested staff review of the <br />proposed lower level parking, main entry turnaround <br />and visitor parking area; and the revised location of <br />retaining wall. <br /> <br />Counci1member Maschka requested a definition of <br />the synthetic stucco proposed and the lifespan of the <br />material. <br /> <br />Community Development Director Welsch <br />responded to Council questions accordingly. <br /> <br />Roll Call <br />Ayes: Klausing, Maschka, Schroeder, Kough and <br />Kysylyczyn. <br />Nays: None. <br /> <br />(10.4) Schroeder moved, Kough seconded, approval <br />of holding the first reading of an ordinance rezoning <br />the subject property from B-1 (Limited Business <br />District) to PUD, with an underlying zoning of R-3 <br />(General Residence District); with final approval of <br />the rezoning occurring at the City Council's pending <br />approval of final plans and documents. <br />
