Accepting a Bid to Replace the Air Conditioning <br />for City hall and Authorizing Installation <br />Councilmember Kough addressed his concerns <br />regarding a new air conditioner versus parts for the <br />obsolete units now installed. Councilmember Kough <br />recommended that the new construction include <br />provisions to allow interconnection with existing <br />buildings in case of breakdowns.
