I have looked at them in St. Paul and Minneapolis and find many of them to have <br />objectionable advertising. I have seen ones with garish colors and some with scantily clad <br />women (advertising clothing!?). They really are small billboards masquerading as bus shelters. <br />I respectfully ask you to not license them.
