<br />commission, finder's fee or other form of compensation of a similar character as a result <br />of this transaction. Each party hereby agrees to indemnify and hold the other harnlless as <br />a result of any misrepresentation or breach of the warranty contained in this section. <br /> <br />15. SURVIVAL OF COVENANTS: Any representation, warranty, covenant <br />or agreement herein of either party to this Agreement whether to be performed before or <br />after the closing date shall not be deemed to be merged into or waived by the instruments <br />of closing, but shall expressly survive closing and shall be binding upon the party <br />obligated thereby. <br /> <br />16. PARTIAL INV ALIDITY: If any provIsIons or portions of this <br />Agreement, or the application thereof to any person or circumstance shall, to any extent, <br />be invalid or unenforceable, the remainder of this Agreement or the application of such <br />provision, or portion thereof, to any other persons or circumstances shall be valid and <br />enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by law. <br /> <br />17.
