<br />Regular City Council Minutes - 5/12/03 <br />Page 20 <br /> <br />City Attorney Anderson advised Councilmembers that he <br />would search the court records regarding the litigation to <br />determine its status and report back to the Council with his <br />comments. <br /> <br />After further discussion, it was the consensus that the <br />Council would like additional information from City <br />Attorney Anderson as discussed; and staff was directed to <br />refer Council comments back to the Parks and Recreation <br />Commission regarding the public policy question as to <br />whether a compost site was the best use of the property, or <br />whether it be better used to provide more space for athletic <br />fields and the financial implications and depreciation of <br />the proposed equipment purchase. <br /> <br />Public Works Director Schwartz advised that staff would <br />return with additional information at the next regular <br />Council meeting as requested. <br /> <br />Kysylyczyn moved, Schroeder seconded, directing staff <br />and City Attorney Anderson to return with additional <br />information as discussed. <br /> <br />Roll Call <br />Ayes: Klausing, Maschka, Schroeder, Kough, and <br />Kysylyczyn. <br />Nays: None. <br /> <br />B. Appointing an Agent of Record for Health and Dental <br />Insurance <br />Mayor Kysylyczyn asked if Councilmembers wanted <br />additional information regarding this item. There was no <br />comment. <br /> <br />Kysylyczyn moved, Maschka seconded, approval of the <br />proposal from Financial Concepts for employee benefits <br />consulting services; and to authorize the Mayor and City <br />Manager to execute a contract following review and <br />approval by the City Attorney. <br /> <br />Appointing an <br />Agent of Record for <br />Health and Dental <br />Insurance <br />
