<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF A MEETING OF THE <br />CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA <br /> <br />HELD: July 28, 1997 <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting <br />of the City Council of the City of Roseville, Ramsey County, <br />Minnesota, was duly called and held at the City Hall in said City <br />on Monday, the 28th day of July, 1997, at 6:10 p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Mastel, Wi ski , Wall, Maschka <br /> <br />and the following were absent: Goedeke <br /> <br />Member Mastel introduced the following <br />resolution and moved its adoption. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 9432 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT <br />WITH FAIRVIEW H.A. ASSOCIATES, L.L.C. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a Development Agreement (as defined in paragraph ~ <br />has been prepared with respect to public redevelopment costs of <br />Tax Increment Financing District No. 15 in Municipal Development <br />District No.1, Industrial Development District NO.1 and <br />Redevelopment Project Area, and the use of tax increments <br />generated by such tax increment district: <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of <br />Roseville, Minnesota, as follows: <br /> <br />1. Recitals. <br /> <br />(a) The City of Roseville, Minnesota (the "City"), has <br />the powers provided in Minnesota Statutes, Sections 469.028, <br />469.048 through 469.068, and 469.124 through 469.134 <br />(collectively, the "Act"). <br /> <br />(b) Pursuant to and in furtherance of the objectives <br />of the Act, the City has undertaken a program to promote <br />development of certain land within the City and in this <br />connection is engaged in carrying out its development proJect <br /> <br />357538.2 <br /> <br />1 <br />
