<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING <br />OF CITY COUNCIL <br />CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br />RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of <br />Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota, was duly held in the City Hall at 2660 Civic Center <br />Drive, Roseville, Minnesota, on Monday, 13th day of March, 2006, at 6:00 p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Pust, Ihlan and Klausing and the following members <br />were absent: Kough and Maschka <br /> <br />Member Pust introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 10383 <br />RESOLUTION PROHIBITING PARKING ON <br />ROSELA WN AVENUE <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Roseville, as follows: <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Roselawn Avenue from Snelling Avenue to Hamline Avenue is a Municipal <br />State Aid roadway; <br /> <br />AND WHEREAS, such roadways are proposed to be reconstructed using Municipal State Aid <br />funds and the reconstruction of such roadways must conform to established State Aid <br />standards; <br /> <br />AND WHEREAS, State Aid standards allow parking only on one side on 2 lane roads wider <br />than 32 feet; <br /> <br />AND WHEREAS, Roselawn Avenue will be constructed at 34 feet wide with parking <br />allowed on the north side and no parking posted on the south side of the street; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Roseville, that <br />parking is hereby allowed along the north side of Roselawn Avenue and prohibited along the <br />south side of the street; <br /> <br />The motion was duly seconded by Ihlan and upon vote being taken thereon, the following <br />voted in favor thereof: Pust, Ihlan and Klausing and the following voted against: none. <br /> <br />WHEREUPON said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
