EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE * * * * * * * RESOLUTION No. 10973 Setting Precinct Boundaries Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota was duly held on the 26th day of March 2012, at 6:00 p.m. The following members were present: Willmus, McGehee, Johnson, and Roe and the following were absent: Pust Member Johnson introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION 10973 Reestablishing Precinct Boundaries WHEREAS,the Roseville City Council adopted resolution 9988 changing election precinct boundaries; and WHEREAS, the Legislative District Reapportionment Plan necessitates changes in precinct boundaries; and WHEREAS,the City of Roseville remains entirely in the 4th Congressional District; and WHEREAS, the City of Roseville has been moved into District 42B and 66A; and WHEREAS,precincts 1, 2, 3 and 4 are modified to accommodate the redistricting lines; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED,that Resolution 9988 hereby is rescinded. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City of Roseville newly amended precinct plan be adopted. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Member McGehee, and upon a vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Willmus, McGehee, Johnson, Roe, and the following voted against the same: none. WHEREUPON said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
