EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING <br /> OF THE <br /> CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br /> * * * * * * * <br /> RESOLUTION No. 10973 <br /> Setting Precinct Boundaries <br /> Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City <br /> of Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota was duly held on the 26th day of March <br /> 2012, at 6:00 p.m. <br /> The following members were present: Willmus, McGehee, Johnson, and Roe and the <br /> following were absent: Pust <br /> Member Johnson introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br /> RESOLUTION 10973 <br /> Reestablishing Precinct Boundaries <br /> WHEREAS,the Roseville City Council adopted resolution 9988 changing election <br /> precinct boundaries; and <br /> WHEREAS, the Legislative District Reapportionment Plan necessitates changes in <br /> precinct boundaries; and <br /> WHEREAS,the City of Roseville remains entirely in the 4th Congressional District; and <br /> WHEREAS, the City of Roseville has been moved into District 42B and 66A; and <br /> WHEREAS,precincts 1, 2, 3 and 4 are modified to accommodate the redistricting lines; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED,that Resolution 9988 hereby is rescinded. <br /> BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City of Roseville newly amended precinct plan <br /> be adopted. <br /> The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Member <br /> McGehee, and upon a vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> Willmus, McGehee, Johnson, Roe, and the following voted against the same: none. <br /> WHEREUPON said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
