<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING <br />OF CITY COUNCIL <br />OF CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br />RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Roseville, <br />Minnesota, was held in the City Hall in said City on Monday, March 27,2006 at 6:00 o'clock p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Maschka, Pust, Thlan, Kough and Klausing and the following <br />were absent: none. <br /> <br />Councilmember Maschka introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 10390 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ORDERING THE <br />COUNTY ROAD C PHASE II STREETS CAPE PROJECT <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council of Roseville received the Feasibility report on March 14,2006 and <br />ordered a public hearing for the County Road C Streetscape project between East Snelling Service <br />Drive and Oxford Street, and; <br /> <br />WHEREAS, ten days mailed notice and two weeks published notice was given; <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota, that in <br />accordance with the provisions of Minnesota Statutes, Chapter 429, as amended, the Council held a <br />public hearing on March 27,2006, to consider the proposed County Road C Streetscape Project, <br />consisting of the installation of landscaping and necessary appurtenances on all that property <br />abutting County Road C between East Snelling Service Drive and Oxford Street; <br /> <br />as described in the Notice of Hearings at a cost presently estimated at $1,559,400.00 and <br />substantially in accordance with the preliminary report as to the feasibility thereof which is now on <br />file in the office of the City Manager; at which all persons desiring to be heard were given an <br />opportunity to be heard thereon, and having considered the views of all interested persons, the <br />Council does hereby determine and order that said improvement shall be constructed and financed <br />and that all streets be constructed substantially as recommended in the feasibility report. The City <br />Engineer for the project is directed to prepare and submit to the Council the final plans and <br />specifications for the improvement. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Pust and upon vote <br />being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Maschka, Pust, Ihlan, Kough and <br />Klausing and the following voted against the same: none <br />
