<br />March 2006 <br /> <br />9 <br /> <br />053-2442 <br /> <br />If analytical deficiencies are identified during the evaluation, a subset of the analyses may be <br />subjected to more comprehensive data validation processes. <br /> <br />4.0 REPORTING <br /> <br />Following completion of field work and evaluation of laboratory analytical results, a Phase II <br />Investigation Report will be prepared for review by the District and ultimate submittal to MPCA. The <br />report will describe all field work completed under this work plan, deviations from the work plan, <br />data evaluation, and conclusions drawn from data collected. The report will include the following <br />general sections: <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />. Introduction; <br />. Site Background; <br />. Results; and <br />. Conclusions and Recommendations <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />The report will include sufficient text, figures (cross-sections, potentiometric maps, plume maps, etc.) <br />and tables such that all work completed at the site and findings of the investigation are clearly <br />understood to the reader.
