March 2006 9 053-2442 If analytical deficiencies are identified during the evaluation, a subset of the analyses may be subjected to more comprehensive data validation processes. 4.0 REPORTING Following completion of field work and evaluation of laboratory analytical results, a Phase II Investigation Report will be prepared for review by the District and ultimate submittal to MPCA. The report will describe all field work completed under this work plan, deviations from the work plan, data evaluation, and conclusions drawn from data collected. The report will include the following general sections: I . Introduction; . Site Background; . Results; and . Conclusions and Recommendations I The report will include sufficient text, figures (cross-sections, potentiometric maps, plume maps, etc.) and tables such that all work completed at the site and findings of the investigation are clearly understood to the reader. Monitoring well lithologic and completion logs, field sampling notes, and laboratory analytical reports will be included in the report as appendices. I I I I I I I I I I I I
