However, <br />establishments authorized herein to serve intoxicating liquor on <br />Sundays in conjunction with the sale of food may sell intoxicating <br />liquor for consumption on the premises between the hours of 12:00 <br />p.m. on Sunday and 12:00 a.m. on Monday. <br />The above language would take the place of the existing language in Section 302.09. The <br />way I think of it, on sales would be ok from 8 in the morning to 1 in the morning Monday <br />throught Saturday, and from noon to midnight on Sunday.
