Roll Call <br /> <br />Roll Call: (Voting Order): Kough, Schroeder, Klausing, Maschka, and <br />Kysylyczyn. <br /> <br />Call to Order Call to Order <br />Mayor Kysylyczyn called the regular meeting to order at 5 :02 p.m. and <br />welcomed everyone to the Roseville City Council meeting. <br /> <br />I. Public Comment <br /> <br />II. Review Agenda <br /> <br />III. Presentations <br /> <br />IV. Communication <br /> <br />A. Report on League of Minnesota Cities Annual Meeting <br />Mayor Kysylyczyn reviewed the highlights of the Annual <br />Meeting of the League of Minnesota Cities: for example, <br />presentations about discretionary immunity and <br />regionalism. <br /> <br />Mayor Kysylyczyn also reviewed the work of the recent <br />Ramsey County League of Local Government. He talked <br />about the County's plans for implementing an 800 MHz <br />communications system.
