<br />June 27, 2003 <br /> <br />To: <br /> <br />Roseville City Council <br /> <br />From: <br /> <br />Mayor John Kysylyczyn <br /> <br />RE: <br /> <br />Chairperson meeting <br /> <br />For the past year, I have considered starting a quarterly meeting <br />system where the Mayor and the Commission and Authority <br />chairpersons and vice-chairpersons meet to discuss issues. <br /> <br />Staff members have also raised this idea as an excellent method of <br />communicating issues to members and for members to communicate <br />amongst themselves. <br /> <br />I will be asking Mr. Beets to work with staff to prepare a possible <br />agenda for a meeting of this type. <br /> <br />Yes, these meetings would be open to the public. <br /> <br />We will let you know if or when a meeting is scheduled. <br />
