Approval of Minutes <br /> <br />A. Approval of Minutes of June 16,2003 Minutes <br />Councilman Schroeder indicated a change on Page 16 - <br />"Councilman Schroeder suggested considering a 100' pole <br />with the capability of adding height up to 150' at some <br />later date if City Council approves. Mr. Harrington from <br />Sprint concurred in that approach". (No motion on second) <br /> <br />Roll Call <br />Ayes: Kough, Schroeder, Klausing, Maschka and <br />Kysylyczyn. <br />Nays: None. <br /> <br />XIII. Health Insurance Benefits <br />Kysylyczyn made a motion and Schroeder seconded to <br />draft an Ordinance that the City will pay the City share of <br />Health benefits in the event of "catastrophic illness" or <br />"serious injury" and position remains unfilled. <br /> <br />Health Insurance <br />Benefits <br /> <br />Councilmembers discussed the cost of changing City <br />policies, collective bargaining agreements, the practices of <br />other employers, what city employees have done to help <br />this particular employee, the legal repercussions of giving <br />special treatment to one employee, COBRA, risk <br />management and insuring against this kind of risk. <br /> <br />Mayor Kysylyczyn withdrew his first motion. <br /> <br />Mayor Kysylyczyn moved, Maschka seconded, to direct <br />
